Terms of Service

US Home Program services are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are seeking to purchase a residential property in the United States as a primary residence. By applying, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Acceptance into the program is at the sole discretion of US Home Program. Submission of an application does not guarantee enrollment.

US Home Program is a private homeownership readiness service. We provide participants with:

• A Home Readiness Score™ assessment based on information you provide
• A personalized financial and credit roadmap toward mortgage qualification
• Referrals to licensed third-party credit repair partners
• Identification and matching to down payment assistance programs
• Homebuyer education materials and guidance
• Introductions to participating mortgage lenders and licensed real estate professionals

US Home Program is not a lender, mortgage broker, real estate agent, credit repair organization, housing counseling agency, or government program. We do not guarantee mortgage approval, loan terms, or the availability of any specific down payment assistance program.

Credit repair services are performed exclusively by licensed third-party partners. US Home Program does not perform credit repair on behalf of participants.

Participation in US Home Program requires a one-time program participation fee of $1,500, due upon enrollment. This fee covers access to all program services described above for the duration of your participation through closing.

Fee Credit at Closing: Participants who successfully close on a home using a program partner lender or program partner real estate agent may be eligible to receive a credit or refund of the $1,500 program participation fee. Specific terms, conditions, and timing of any credit or refund will be outlined in your individual program agreement. This credit is subject to the use of qualifying program partners and is not guaranteed.

Outside of the closing credit described above, the program participation fee is non-refundable once program services have commenced. If you have questions about your specific circumstances, contact us before enrolling.

US Home Program makes no guarantee, express or implied, that participation in the program will result in mortgage approval, homeownership, or any specific improvement to your credit profile. Individual results depend on a variety of factors outside our control, including but not limited to credit history, income, debt levels, lender underwriting criteria, and market conditions.

Down payment assistance programs are administered by third parties. Availability, eligibility requirements, and funding levels vary by program and are subject to change. We do not guarantee eligibility for or availability of any specific program.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, US Home Program, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the program, use of our website, or reliance on any information we provide.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in program fees.

US Home Program may introduce you to third-party lenders, real estate agents, credit repair organizations, title companies, and other service providers. These parties are independent of US Home Program. We are not responsible for the actions, services, terms, or outcomes associated with any third-party partner. Your relationship with any third party is governed by that party's own terms and agreements.

US Home Program may receive compensation from third-party partners in the form of referral fees. This does not increase your cost and does not affect the quality of our program services.

All content on the US Home Program website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and the Home Readiness Score™ methodology, is the property of US Home Program and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

US Home Program reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the program at any time for conduct that violates these Terms, is fraudulent, or is otherwise harmful to the program or other participants. In such cases, fees paid are non-refundable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to enrolled participants. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.

We collect information you provide directly to us when you submit an application or contact us, including:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Estimated credit score range and savings amount
• State of intended home purchase and purchase timeline
• Any additional information you voluntarily provide in your application

We may also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through standard web analytics tools. We do not collect your Social Security number, full credit report, or any financial account information.

We use the information we collect to:

• Review your application and determine program fit
• Contact you regarding your application and program participation
• Deliver program services, including your Home Readiness Score and roadmap
• Introduce you to appropriate third-party partners when applicable
• Send program-related communications and updates
• Improve our website and services
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Program Partners: With your knowledge and consent, we may share relevant information with participating lenders, real estate agents, credit repair partners, and other service providers as part of delivering program services.
• Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors who assist us in operating our website or conducting our business (such as form processing and email services), subject to confidentiality obligations.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal process.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their independent marketing or commercial use.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including providing program services, maintaining business records, and complying with legal obligations.
